 Central Senior Services Facility Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly A heavy timber and brick constructed loft building was chosen to be the central site for the international organization's Chicago headquarters. The facility requirements included hospitality rooms, outdoor dining, central offices and apartments for staff interns above. JTA provided design/build services including architecture/ engineering and general contracting for the 30,000 square foot facility. A new reception lounge, dining hall, commercial kitchen and bistro were added to the facility. Project cost: $1,000,000 Completed in 1998 |
