 Villages on Maple Apartment Complex Boston Financial REIT The 400 unit residential complex, built in the 1960's, required exterior upgrading of its 180 townhouses and two mid-rises, a complete remodeling of its community building and re-landscaping of the 13 acre wooded site. JTA, together with Michael Benjamin, Architects in Cleveland, provided design/build services including architecture/engineering and general contracting. Project Cost: $800,000 Completed in 2000 |
