+First National Bank of Chicago - reviewed owner's applications for multi-family financing and certified the work in place on requests for payment.

+For the Cook County (Illinois) State's Attorney's Office - supervised the inspection and reporting on substandard multi-family dwellings under the Illinois Housing Act.

+Illinois Attorney General's Office - provided expert testimony on behalf of homeowner's victimized by unlawful contracting practices.

+Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago - examined faulty workmanship in low-income residences and served as an expert trial witness.

+City of Chicago Department of Housing - acted as arbitrator in owner/contractor disputes.

+Associated Bank of Chicago and the Chicago Department of Housing - acted as inspecting architect on New Homes for Chicago Program.

+Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois - acted as court appointed evaluator for class action settlement involving over 800 home improvement construction claims.

+Chicago Urban League - evaluation of landmark structure involving historic guidelines, Americans with Disabilities Act requirements and abatement of hazardous materials.

+Little Brothers, Friends of the Elderly - surveyed vacation facilities and prepared written evaluation of structural/mechanical systems, code compliance and program suitability.

+Chicago Coalition for the Homeless - assisted negotiations with government agencies and private funders for the establishment of a job training facility on federal surplus land.

+Englewood Health Services Organization - prepared written evaluation of former hospital facilities for use as second stage housing, including program development and construction budgeting.
